Life Is A Roller Coaster Ride

“I feel so blessed today.”

“Life is terrible.”

“I can’t tell you how happy I am today.”

“I want to give up on life.”

“I am on cloud 9.”

“I feel extremely worthless today.”

“My life is better from the rest.”

“My life sucks

There are hundreds of such comments and feelings made and felt by people in this world every day. There are people who are overjoyed with every minor positive incident in their life and there are others who start worrying about every minor issue in their lives.

My advice is to be a wise human throughout life. A wise human views incidents positively, knows how to appreciate, keeps patient in tough phases of life and has always has faith in himself.

Life is like roller coaster ride of ups and downs. If you fear taking this ride, you will never be able to feel the joy at the end. Similarly, your bad days and phases are part of this roller coaster ride. If you start feeling negatively about them, curse your life for it and live in fear, you will definitely miss the happiness and satisfaction that you would have received when instead of being negative and cursing life you would have fought against the odds, and gathered courage and positivity within you. In this ride of life whenever you feel that it is getting difficult to handle, remember that difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations.

You are the master and coach of your own life. Your family, friends, and well-wishers are only going to take care of you but at the end of the day, it is you who has to learn to fight battles in your life like a soldier and not a coward to end life with it.

For a happy and satisfactory life, you need to love yourself, believe in yourself, trust yourself, have patience with yourself. Last but not the least, if you are practicing any religion, you need make a strong connection with your God and indulge in your prayers always. Pray to God daily, he has written your destiny already and he knows how strong you are and therefore God will never burden you with difficulties beyond your capacity.

Remember nothing in life comes easy; learn to keep patient with yourself. Rome was not build in a day. Set your life goals and strive harder each day to achieve them.  These goals need not be major ones; you can aim and have a goal in your life to stay happy, to believe in yourself and to free yourself from negative vibes within you. Are these goals too difficult for you to achieve, if you strive for them every day?

Think over it.

One last reminder:

“Take life as it comes. Run when you have to, fight when you must, rest when you can.” – Robert Jordan
